The free sample order has long since expired. I get several new people signing up every day in addition to the 5000+ people who have already signed up, and this is a 1-woman part-time operation. I can't follow up with everyone any longer. I'm very sorry. I offered a special freebie to an email list, and someone plastered it all over the internet. It's one thing to offer a free sample to a couple dozen people, and offer them to invite their friends, and another to get flooded with 4000 requests within 10 days, at the cost of several dollars per-person to fulfill the requests. I hope you understand. We have a 100% money-back guarantee and you can order our odor-free concentrated cleaning product to try it out, but I cannot send a free sample any longer.
I can be contacted directly by toll-free phone, or you can email me through ContactCriss my direct contact form.
Footnote:
Ok, thankfully this is a somewhat funny anecdote, and I hope it goes a long way to explain my frustration about so many sign-ups and why they aren't a good thing. I can't call to verify everyone who signed up, and I can't afford to send out samples to everyone who is honestly looking -- I sent out over several hundred samples, at great expense, and no orders came from it. This anecdote explains why the requests must be verified before I go through the expense (to myself & the environment) of shipping a sample:
I get a form filled out by "John", with a phone, address and a comment that says: i wanted to try a sample please. I have an 11 month old boy and we are trying very hard to keep harsh chemicals OUT of our home. But the down side is that lack of a pleasant smell, here's hoping somthing new is what we needed. -- I pulled this one out of the pile of people I needed to respond to (it looks IMPORTANT) and took a deep breath, and made the call. I got a gentleman on the phone, I asked if it was "John". I was all ready to talk about how that "clean smell" were the very chemicals added to conventional cleaning products that we should be worried about. If you want your home to smell any particular way try potpourri, essential oils, or incense. "Clean" has no smell!
Lo & behold I had "John"'s father on the phone. There was no 11 month old child and "John" was an 8 year old boy requesting free product samples and giving out his home information on the internet in exactly the way children shouldn't be (I know my son would be signing up for free samples too, so I'm not MAD about it, but I am ALARMED!). Between that, and people filling in fake phone numbers or email addresses, I'm afraid the people just here to get something for nothing have ruined it for everyone who honestly needs it. I don't have the time to make so many calls to verify people, and at a cost of several dollars per person for a single sample to be sent out, I have run out of spare time and money to fill the free sample orders.
I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience. If you're interested in trying the product anyway, please let me know directly. I can't weed through the emails that have come through the form on this page any longer. Call it burnout. :)
Note: I'm no longer offering the free samples.
