I've tried getting non-toxic household cleaners, and found their prices prohibitive. I'd get a non-bleach scrub here and there, but the laundry products weren't priced well. I never knew whether the products would clean as well as conventional products and I just was too skeptical to trust them for those prices.
Then I heard about this incredible natural, organic, biodegradable cleaning line, before there was so much interest in this product line from Oprah. I heard about the phenomenal cleaning power of these organic cleaning products. I also heard that they were very concentrated, so while I would never have spent say $20 on a cleaning product, this $12 bottle would last dozens of times longer than the stuff I could find at the health food store. So, I purchased the the super-concentrated general cleaner and the concentrated hand-cleaner. I went on to purchase the household germicide due to a mildew problem in my home.
Concentrated -- lasts longer, less waste
I have a 16oz bottle of the all-purpose cleaner. 2 drops of the general cleaner makes a glass cleaner, 1/4 teaspoon makes an all-purpose cleaner and 1.5 teaspoons makes a heavy duty cleaner all from one concentrated formula. You use so little, that small bottle will last....and last....and last.
Every item in the pack, except the scouring paste, is more concentrated than the products you're accustomed to. Please read the mixing instructions on the label, and when you measure the concentrates into water, be sure to rinse the measure spoon into the bottle to get every drop into the bottle. A couple lost drops would be a shame, that's a whole bottle of window-cleaner!!
I use 2 teaspoons of the automatic dish wash in each compartment per load of dishes. I've heard some people use even less than that! That's just over a tablespoon full per load. It's going to be in the house for a while...

More personal experiences
My mom got the laundry detergent and hand wash concentrate. She was raving about the hand wash like she'd found a new boyfriend! She loved the hand cleaner so much she showered with it, even washed her hair with it. It's not formulated for hair, but she loved her results. My mom doesn't get that enthusiastic about many things! I wouldn't be surprised if she uses that hand wash on her horses this summer.
I highly recommend all the products. With the full kit, I know I can go a very long time on almost all of the products.
